Dough divider for waffles, breads and sweet baked goods

ProKote® 2155-O is a vegetable-based divider oil. When used in contact with yeast-raised dough in dough dividing machines, this product provides a release coating leading to efficient separation from the divider blade. It meets the qualifications set forth in the USDA National Organic Program (NOP) with a label classification of “Organic”.  As required by NOP, this product is non-GMO and has not been subjected to ionizing radiation or sewage sludge.
