Avox™ BHA is used as an antioxidant in stabilizing various edible oils and food products. BHA prevents the rancidity of animal fats and tropical oils. BHA is non-toxic in the necessary proportions and has excellent “carry-through” properties that enhance the shelf-life of baked foods. The small quantities required make BHA a very economical product to use.
