Avapol™ EMD ethoxylated mono-/diglycerides and ProEm™ food grade mono-/diglycerides function as emulsifiers, crystal modifiers and aeration enhancers.

Products listed with a low iodine value form dense water-in-oil emulsions in high-oil/low-water formulations and lower-viscosity oil-in-water emulsions in low-oil/high-water systems. Products with high iodine values produce less dense water-in-oil emulsions in high-oil/low water systems and higher-viscosity oil-in-water emulsions in low-oil/high water systems.

Avapol EMD meets the requirements of Title 21CFR 172.834; ProEm surfactants are Generally Regarded as Safe (GRAS) under Title 21 CFR 184.1505. All products below are certified Kosher and Pareve by the by the Organized Kashrus Laboratories, New York.
